I checked the spark plugs on my 95 vfr and there was oil on them. What could the problem be? Could it be that the seals are bad? If so we're could I buy a good quality top end gasket kit that's not very expensive?

We need more information. What's the mileage?
Is there oil burnt on the electrode, or was it on the outside of the plug before you removed it?
Outside and you likely just need a valve cover gasket or some silicone sealant.
Burnt on the electrode means worn rings. I'd doubt it's rings.
    Good luck

The bike has 35k miles. And the oil is on tip of the spark plug. Where is the electrode so I could check it?

The part of the spark plug that makes the spark, inside the combustion chamber. Oil there is usually from worn leaky rings with loss of compression, oil consumption, blue smoke. VFR's with 150 000 km rarely do this so I doubt that your problem. Are you sure it's oil and not fuel on the plug? Have you been burning oil? Do you know the service history of the bike? Do you have pictures of the plugs? Is the bike running poorly?

I haven't done a compression test on the bike. It's not losing oil. The oil was just changed and the level hasn't dropped. The exhaust isn't releasing any blue smoke. I'm pretty positive to it being oil on the plugs. And the bike starts up and runs great.

I'll take a more thorough look at it tomorrow. And post pictures of the plugs.
