Has anyone ever fitted a Airtech one piece front cowl to their 3rd GEN?

Since trying to find the used part is looking like it's never going to happen, I decided to consider buying this.......

I was wondering if anyone has tried to fit this part to OEM lower fairings. I'm concerned on how it mated up with the OEM lowers. I got an email from Dutch @ Airtech and he said that they should be fine but he also mentioned that the Airtech products are thinner than OEM. Anyway if anyone has any experience with them then please share.

I live next to Airtech, have their tail on my 97 VFR, and have used many of their products in the past. The quality and fitment of the fiberglass is very goodas are mounting locations where holes and clips are used. The built in mounts for lenses and such to screw or bolt on often need to be reworked or reinforced to provide OEM style assembly as they often just add more fiberglass material and drill a hole which trends to crack rather then embedding a bolt or nut.
