So how many people here are planning on goin to the races July 17-18 and 19th.They have special parking for bikes in the infield @ $30 and also parade laps like we used to do back in the 80's.

I have a camping trip with a bunch of friends planned for that weekend. Trying to decide whether to do camping or WSB...decisions decisions.

Don't they allow camping at the track? If they do, two birds with one stone!

The "official" scheduling looks to be in flux. In prior WSB events there was camping. Bike parking at least by Honda also included a place to stow gear. Bring your walking shoes. The infield is large and I see dudes in various costumes and riding boots hobbling around and looking very fashionable.. The services by Honda required membership in the Honda Riders Club. This is not Moto-GP with just a relative few fast guys. This is a shitload of fast guys who will be identified in the program. This is a hint to RTFM

According to the AMA site, this could be someone's chance to rub elbows with the fast guys or at least close up views of the tits on the umbrella girls:

The wife and I might fly out from sc for the races, it's an anniversary thing. Last year was formula 1 in Austin. We try to hit a different type of racing at a new track each year. I'm kind of a lucky guy, lol.

Hey Don, last time I went, 2005 I just moved to UT with no bike. So I flew in and rented a Hardley in San Jose and rode to the track. Of course I rented it before hand and ups'd my riding gear to the rental shop. Just an idea....another awesome wife, where do you guys find these woman? mail order....F1 now WSB.

https://oss.ticketmaster.com/aps/mrls/EN/buy/quickbuy/179 - camping, parking, and race tickets.

    Provisional WSBK schedule:

    Friday
    sbk – 10:30 – 11:15 – Free Practice 1
    sbk – 2:00 – 2:45 – Free Practice 2
    sbk – 4:45 – 5:30 – Free Practice 3

    Saturday
    sbk – 10:00 – 10:30 – Free Practice 4
    sbk – 1:00 – 1:15 – Superpole 1
    sbk – 1:25 – 1:40 – Superpole 2

    Sunday
    sbk – 9:00 – 9:15 – Warm-Up
    sbk – 11:00 – Race 1
    sbk – 2:00 – Race 2

DORNA typically doesn't change the schedule around much, due to web subscriptions and TV in most places other than the US....in which case they will preempt the racing with Nascar crash footage...if shown at all

Flux and provisional are relatively interchangeable or I suppose one could say, "Don't count your tickets until they're hatched."

The WSBK schedule is set. The MotoAmerica schedule hasn't been announced....one thing you can bet on, the 600 classes will be first out in the morning when it's still foggy and damp. Always been the case.
