Welcome to the World. Do you know Liz? She wasn't home when I dropped by her crib a couple years back. Awfully stern looking yard boys in those red coats though. JK. Post up photos of your ride. We like proof of pedigree here.
little video just after i bought it; http://vid3.photobucket.com/albums/y92/arabianjules/VFR Vtec 2002/WP_20130629_005_zpsd0546f1b.mp4 pics; thanks.
I keep toying with the idea of putting frame sliders on mine but just can't bring myslef to cutting the plastics to install. Then again, I have scratched the shit out of them anyways so why not do a proper job and put something there (sliders) that actually looks like it belongs. A friend of mine has a set of plastics for a 6th gen he has offered to me. He no longer has his 6th gen so they are taking up space. He said theyr were scratched up but so what. I may use these for track days if I ever go, and try out the sliders at the same time. Maybe then I will bite the bullit and install them on my white plastics. Nice ride BTW
just won this on ebay... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/271776669...49&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&autorefresh=true :triumphant:
That is fairly on the mark for what we would pay over here. Maybe touching on the upper part of average. Hope it is in fine shape. Nice find. They are well sought after wheels over here and in the USA.
yes so i hear, comes with swing arm, hub, brakes and shock, oh and a tyre. only want the wheel tho` lol.
Sounds like that is coming from a bike that was a wreck. So look closely at the wheel before you ride it. They are easily repaired if out of round but I don't know about cracks.
