Vf500f2 1984 should I swap it or sell?

    Evening guys/gals I have said mentioned vf at home and in all fairness I want to swap or sell it but not sure what to do or if I should I have a complete bike and then some but not so much time to work on one I have been iffered a cd250u as a swap atm but I really don't know I was hoping you lot could give me some much needed advice on it

    Pretty vague question, you make no mention as to the condition of either bike, basket cases, running,not running, what your ideas are, the 250 is a completely different type of bike

    Sorry my bad both bikes are in parts the vf did run till I stripped most of it down and the cd250 ran last year both are in ok condition both require attention the cd needs the engine finished building and a gasket erm but the vf I have loads of spared and the cd has parts missing inc the loom

    Ok so now this all comes down to your ability and desire to do complete rebuilds on either bike, and as you say you don't have much time to work on them so not a lot of joy I can offer. Rebuilding basket cases can chew up money quickly and you can also spend a million hours on them as well and for that to happen you need to be comitted 100% otherwise you will end up spending money on them and still end up with an unfinished basket case, still worth nothing
