I have a pretty good idea of where it's leaking from.

Wow....that is a mystery. I dunno man....I don't think anyone else has ever had a coolant leak. You're in a new realm with that problem. I wish you luck.

The water pump drive shaft seal can leak which will come out of the weep hole under the pump and it can be a slow enough leak to not notice the random drops of water

Replace the radiator cap first, then go around the engine checking/tightening all the hose clamps you can find. :eek-new:

+1 to the Squirrelman. You might be surprised to find out how loose hose clamps can get in just a season of riding.

Get a cooling system pressure tester from your local auto store, usually they will have them as a loaner tool as well. Take radiator cap off, put proper adapters, and pressurize the cooling system to about 12-16psi. With system under pressure, you should be able to see where it is leaking coolant, unless leak is internal. However, if you did have internal leak (like head gaskets or inner water pump seal) you would see coolant mixed with oil through the oil sight glass.
