They look nice, but I'm not sure you want light weight for the handlebar ends. That seems like to me that it would increase the perceived vibration. Don't know that for a fact, but it sure would seem likely.

I'd rather live with my heated grips !!!

Those look pretty but most of the time my hands would be over them so I would not be able to see them anyway lol

When you get to my age it's all about comfort so Helibars and Heated Grips (plus somewhere to park my pipe and my bag of mint humbugs)

Cold hands never been a problem for me plus I have really good winter gloves, about to put on Helibars, I agree comfort is important, not sure it relates to my age (68).
I always tailor my bikes to suit me as much as possible.

I just find that with my heated grips, my summer gloves more than suffice and being thinner they offer me more feel and feedback.

I hope you like the helibars as much as I do. I started out with Genmar risers, they made a surprising difference but boy oh boy did the helibars show me what I was missing.

Whatever we do to our bikes, as long as it suits us, and enables us to keep riding that is all that matters

    Be safe

I used some chinese rubber clad knock off OEM pegs on my VFR for a while, and the rubber literally lasted a half a season before going bald like a spanked tire. I imagine chinese grips are made out of the same rubber and would fare the absolute same with your hands/gloves.

on another note, one frosty morning there was some ice on my already bald footpeg from some freezing rain the night before. I gave it a few little kicks to clear the ice off. it broke right off the bike.

And that was that. back to rashed up oem.
