I got 35k miles out of my OEM chain and decided to replace it. Everything went great, but still had that popping sound, and the chain would go eccentric when rotated on the center stand. Figured it had to be the cush drive. Sprockets were fine. Question is, when servicing it, should I replace the entire drive or just the rubber dampers inside? Most of the video's I've seen just said replace the dampers and you'd most likely be fine. Thoughts?

Rubber dampers only unless there is obvious damage otherwise.

The cush drive rubbers are only there to take up the snatch of the drive system.
They have nothing to add to out of round or movement in your hub.
Check the hub bearings for play, or the front sprocket shaft for a slight bend.
Also sprockets that are not centred properly, as in badly made.

Do it yet ? I replaced my cush drive at 65k and it rode WAY better. I shouldve done it sooner: I replaced he bearings too, was getting wheels powder coated so...might as well.
