    Hi all,

    Does anyone know if a 1986 RC24 clutch cover will fit a 1991-7 RC36 3/4th Gen?

    Thanks,

    BigB.

I've noticed that they look extremely similar if not exactly the same, but I'm not sure. Internal dimensions and clearance may vary. You might want to pose this query in the Chat Section. Couple of gurus trolling there most days.....

Thanks RotaryRocketeer I will do that if I don't get an answer here. The gasket and some other internal parts are shared. I am getting Sebspeed to do one of his clear clutch cover mod's for me and have been able to pick up a RC24 cover cheap in the USA & got it posted straight to him in up state NY. I am pretty confident that it will fit ok but its a $250 mod so I would like to be sure before I give Seb the go ahead.

    thanks again,

    BigB.

Well if it doesn't work, you can always donate it to charity i.e. ME! It'd look right nice on the '86.

    LoL :smile-new:

If it doesn't work I have already agreed with Seb that it can be pasted on FOC to any RC24 owner that wants/needs it. So if you want to find a RC36 casing & send it to Seb for me your welcome to it???? LoL :smilet-digitalpoint

If anyone has access to both models I am willing to pay for new gaskets if they would test fit a RC24 casing onto a RC36. Please help.

    Thanks,

    BigB.
