Compatible gloves for winter (Tucano Urbano)

Hi,

I'm thinking about install some mitts to my VFR. Well, I know that looks horrible for this bike , but I'll have to do a lot of rides this winter. (Ps: I have Oxford hot grips but sometimes is not enough, and for the battery it is not recommendable use 100% hot all time)

Any suggestions? I'm thinking about "Tucano Urbano for HONDA" model
