Gear shift indicator failed / check engine light

So I was just running an errand and on the way home looked down and saw no gear position indicated (manual not DCT bike) and a check engine light on. I just had the bike service recently, so I'm wondering if the lads didn't tighten something correctly when they put it back together. I'm seeing a flickering neutral light no matter what gear I'm in now. I do have the mod plug for the throttle nanny installed, but I can imagine that is causing the neutral light to come on.

Has anyone else seen this?

Wrong forum, I think you want the 7th gen forum. None of here have a factory gear position indicator .

 

+1 Try the 7th gen forum or the mechanics garage. Outside North America, sales of 6th Gen 800 models continued alongside the 1200 models until 2013.
