Do you trust an ethanol fuel treatment?

    When they 1st starting hyping ethanol here, I wrote to Honda asking for advice about what effects it would have on my previous bike (98 CBR600). They did reply & basically said to avoid it like the plague. Stating that it would/could cause problems with seals & lines. Most of our vehicles have stickers to say they can run ethanol & so do our petrol powered tools, such as my Whipper Snipper/Weed Wacker/Brush Cutter or what ever you call them. So about 2 months after I bought the above it would not start & found that the fuel lines to & from the tank had started to crack. Guy in the shop said it was common & said never use ethanol you cheap bastard.

    Be sure to use purified / distilled water!
