hey all, i need some help. the bike is an 83 vf750f, 39k miles. i havent had it long.
problem..after engine warms up, loses power and starts to miss on two cyls. after leaving the bike sit for 15 minutes it will restart and always miss on the front cyl on right. after replacing the gas fouled plug it will run fine until warm and then start to miss on the same cyl again and lose power until it dies completely.
ive swapped the two coil pack and it does the same thing on the same cyl. also changed the cdi units.
it always seems to have fire at the plug wire, even when its missing on that cylinder, and the plug fouls with gas. this makes no sense to me because you cant lose compression intermitently.
    any thoughts?

It has to be one of 3 things: air, fuel, or fire... Got the fuel... check for clogged intake, and be sure your getting good fire. The problem has to be in one of those systems.

Check the valve adjustment. Sounds like the valves may be a little tight.
Check the compression when cold, then agean when it is hot.
