Fuse burning!!

    Okay, I just picked up a 2000 VFR800.
    Everytime I apply the brake, the turn signal, brake light fuse burns out.

    The rear license plate light has been removed, does that have anything to do with burning fuses?

    Please help.

    Hi,
    I had a problem with the wire that ran into the plug for the tail lights.
    It was shorting agaist the frame.
    It would drain the battery ...Its does sound like a short somewhere....Also the blinker switches are know for failing.
