Can anyone provide a complete list of possible exhausts for an 06 VFR. If an older year can fit on the 06 then list that too.

The exhausts for the 6th gen are all interchangeable ('02 - '07). Lots to choose from:

    Staintune
    Laser
    Leo Vince
    Remus
Hindle (I think they just started offering them)
    Two Brothers Racing (TBR)
    BOS
    Micron

All tend to sound better than stock, though many save money and just gut the stock exhaust for a pretty nice sound too. The Staintunes are very popular, have a great finish, and sound quite nice. My preference is the Leo Vince or Remus as they have a nice, short can to them that looks (IMHO) nicer than the longer cans of the Staintune. The Laser is an odd looking 4-pipe unit in a staggered formation - the fit is not the best and requires a lot of fiddling to get them aligned (and I've never seen a set that aligned perfectly), however they sound wonderful and are unique looking. The TBR stuff has a stash system where the left can is fake and allows for storage - but most view this as wasted weight; TBR also sells a regular two-can system. The BOS unit has a broken-back design similar to stock so the profile follows the tail unit and has a triangular profile.

In all cases you don't need to buy a PCIII or anything, but with a good map and the O2 eliminators you can cure a lot of the stock hesitation issues by installing one.

Add Scorpion to that list. They are roughly $500 for stainless dual system.
