My VFR has a new friend...

    Hi All,
    I just picked up a new bike two nights ago. And now I have one of each finally.
    My VFR for me for the canyons and curvy roads (there is no replacement there) and a cruiser for the times I'm taking my girlfriend and my son with me on the rides.
    BTW my girlfriend (soon to be my wife, but don't tell her that) is the one wanted me to get another bike. I know weird.
    Having her in my corner makes me the luckiest guy in many departments :)


    It is a Honda VTX 1800

    Nice! I like the color. Having two bikes is working out good for me. Any trips or 2up riding, I take the goldwing. If I want to go ride like a hooligan, I ride the vfr. Best of both worlds. :)

    Congrats on the new bike and I think that strategy should work out well... my GF much prefers the ST1300 to the VFR.

    This bike has a lots of power and I really like it so far. It seems like someone before me has already added all the chrome aftermarket pieces available so I just have to ride and keep it clean and sparkly.

    Very nice looking machine and the green color is fabulous, and it may be a cruiser but it's HONDA. Back when I repainted my 97 VFR a number of years ago, I had seriously considered painting it candy green color, but I was afraid everyone would ask me if it was a new Kawasaki something or other. LOL

    Should've come with welding goggles. The glare from the chrome will burn your retinas. ;) Nice ride!
