It looks like a helmet a "Norton Girl" would be holding in a promo shot for a John Player Special. She would need a rwb Evil or Evis jump suit. I can dig it in context.

 

Sweet. I'd order one with the flat faceshield though, which is an option.

 

Kinda gives off an astrounaut vibe.

 

I have the blue one with a tinted bubble shield for daytime riding and a clear flat shield for night. I think the bubble is pretty great to be honest. The helmet seems really roomy with it and I have something of an issue with having my head in a space that feels constricting. The head on my shoulders anyway.

Right? Sort of channels the old MTV mascot. I guess I always did think astronauts were cool as a kid.

 

I like it a lot better sans the bubble shield. It reminds me a bit of a Nava Helmet I had in the 80s.

 

I guess I'm crazy but I really am partial to the bubble. It gets just as many compliments as it does funny looks. And this may only be imagined, but it seems like the bubble helps smooth out the wind resistance at highway speeds.

 

The tinted ones are also MUCH darker in person than in the stock photos. I was pleasantly surprised when I received mine, makes for a very nice contrast IMHO.

 

You need such an awesome helmet when you're riding the lightest and fastest VFR made. No time for that modular blue tooth nonsense the "sport" tourer guys on their portly viffers use.
