    Well I got one center stand bolt out-torqued in real hard, the other side is blocked by the headers-no room to get a socket on it or even anything but a open end 14mm-which won't work because its torqued on so hard-I guess center stand stays on!:painkiller::blah::blah::blah::blah::caked: I was able to use my r6 rear stand by using a pipe with the wheel-checked the oil and chain!

    Looks like you have three choices;

    A cutting torch
    A cutting torch
    A cutting torch

    Oh My! I forgot the fourth choice explained on another thread. Remove the tank.

    You do realize the bolt behind the exhaust (RH side sitting on bike) is reverse threaded? ...

    I still doubt-I could get it off-there is no room at all.

    The problem is not the bike. The bike is an object that only does what you manipulate it to do.

    You just need to ride and quit plaguing yourself with all these different ways to somehow make the bike better.

    When riding through a scenic byway, or through a national forest, feeling the wind against me and taking in the sense of being enveloped in the outdoors, the last thing I think of is how much better this ride could be by dropping a couple of pounds on the bike. Because that doesn't make the ride better. It doesn't matter. Enjoy riding for what it is, and stop being so insatiable.

    I was just thinking - what about trying a cutting torch?

    This just in to the news desk. Raging 10 alarm fire burning out of control. Fire apparently started by person with a cutting torch.
