I have had it for about a month and when trying to lock the bike sometimes it will go and sometimes not. Has anyone else had this issue? Has anyone used graphite to lube the ignition cylinder?

Any good lock lube will do the trick.

The gas cap cylinder probably needs lubrication, but pushing down on the gas cap before turning the key is also normal. Unfortunately, there's no good way to lubricate the locking tab.
