My understanding is that is not really Russian but Harley's latest moto-crosser.

Apparently you can buy the plans for $40ish, although you'll probably have to hire a translator. :senor::kev:

Oh, and f3racer, their site says their lightest model is about 45kg (100lbs) and they plan to come out with a full 4x4 atv with the same philosophy and weigh 75kg (165lbs).:flex:
