A golf cart. I hope I get to drive the new cart modeled after the Ford F-150 Raptor already available.
Will follow your progress and see how the corvair comes along.

I think some thread similar to this was created a while ago.

What's the plans with the Monza? Gonna spoon a nice big block into it?

    Here's my list.

    1. My daily driver is a 2003 Civic with 130K on it. This was also the car that I taught all 3 kids to drive on, and works as our dog car for bringing our girl to the vet, park, etc. Been a great car, but typical of a Civic blew a headgasket at about 115K. No other problems, knock wood.

    2. Just traded in our 2006 Accord V6 (130K - wife's car) for a CPO (certified pre owned) Ford Edge. 2013 model with 12K miles. Pretty slick little car so far. Wanted a car with AWD due to our weather up here, and it has that plus all the other goodies (navigation, power tailgate, sunroof, etc.).. Looked at Infiniti, Acura, BMW, Audi and happened to stumble upon this car. Wife liked it the most, so since its "her" car, that's what I got her.

    3. 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie with Tow Package and 3.96 rear (3.94? 3.92? I can't remember what I ordered it with 10 years ago). 94K. My outdoor vehicle, since I like to fish and spend a lot of time in upstate NY over the winter (i.e. snow). Has a Leer lid on it so I can lock my stuff down, and some "grippy" Cooper M&S tires.

    4. 1987 Buick Regal Turbo T. (Most guys know this as the Grand National). Except all GNs were black with a black/gray interior. My T is maroon in and out. Work in progress. 50,800 miles. Bought it in February from the original owner with 50,200 miles (He sent me all the paperwork. He had it first titled in his name with 13 miles). Had it shipped up from FL. We'll see what happens with this in the future as well as how much $ I want to throw at it.

    I love gn's, t-types and the gnx.

The plan is to stay rear engine. I'm planning an ls4 with the 4t65-e HD.

I like classics too. I have a forged engined BMW E30 M3, 2 x FD3S RX-7's (both above 450 bhp, one for road, one for track), AE86 lightweight hill climb full spec. race car, a rare alloy roofed Renault 5 Turbo II (rally homologation car), TRD built Toyota Camping RV & a solid old Benz 3 litre turbo Diesel as the family runabout and a few other interesting cars lurking under covers. Sadly I don't get much time to play with them with family, work, etc. to keep me occupied.

I had a fully built Subaru STI that I sold a few years ago and wish I had it back. I had a 05 Chevy HD crew cab 6.0 truck, but sold it 18 months ago because I didn't tow any more. I haven't had a cage since. My daily driver is my interceptor, and now my newly acquired Goldwing. My wife has a 08 Toyota FJ, 3" lift, 33" MTX tires and a few other odds and ends(because she needs all that to drive back and forth to work). Bought my oldest daughter a 05 Toyota Rav4 4wd and my younger daughter a 07 Jeep Liberty Limited 4wd. I'm doing without a car right now while my girls are in college and then hopefully in the next year or so I'm going to buy me something fast. I really would like a GTR, but not sure I won't to part with that much money. But I've got some time to decide since I'm not in a rush. I have a good friend who has a 87 Grand National and he has offered to sell it to me a few times for a very good price. So far I have resisted, but I'm not good with temptation so who knows what the future holds.

Are you planning modern day Ls4 (what is that - a 5.7? 5.3?), or were you actually thinking about and old school Chevy B/B 454? Would that even fit??? That would be fuckin awesome!

Don't lie. You actually drive that minivan and asked your neighbor to park his Neon in your driveway.

Yup there was another similar post back in late 2010. But several new arrivals so why not:
First car. Was two years old when I bought it. The car that is. Had this 1971 bitch for 23 years and sold it for $150.00 more than I paid for it back in 1973:

    Lemans 1.jpg
    Lemans 2.jpg

About 4 years later, in 1977, I parked the Ponch in a garage and bought this. A 1 year old at the time. You could be driving in three different time zones at once the nose on that bugger was so long. But it was a nice riding car. But shit....a 360 2BBL single exhaust. A waste of a power train.

    Cordoba.jpg

Traded that off on Mazda GLC shit box. Shameless trade. But the first wife took that so I did not give a shit. I kept the Ponch and also this A 1976 with a 455 engine. Got rid of that fugly canopy like real quick. That truck would haul ass from one gas station to the next.

    img063.jpg

Sold that and replaced it with a newer Half ton GMC but don't remember the year. Had to rid myself of that cause I was transferred and the employer would only move two vehicles and the new wife and I each had a car already.

Bought my first brand new vehicle in 1992. GMC S10 Jimmy 2 door 4X4 with the 4.3 Vortec. Black. A sharp looking and fun vehicle. Great in the mountains and a fun car to drive but it was a bitch on fuel. Can't put my finger on a picture of that off hand.

Bought this set up when I retired first time around. Truck was brand spanking new. I put OEM Glass running boards on it after this photo was take. 3/4 ton GMC Duramax diesel loaded to the brim. Leather seats. (well a couple panels are anyways) The only thing I did not get was Heads Up Display but almost got that too. Still driving it and it is still like new cept for a few stone chips on the bonnet.

    th_trucktrailer.jpg
Took a 2015 GMC 1 ton Duramax out for a spin the other day while mine was in the shop. Nice set of wheels that was. About the same price I paid for my 2003 but still....$65K is a shit pile of money to spend when you are on fixed income. But one can dream.
