I've tried both a Zer Gravity SR series and a Puig on my 2007 VFR and sent both of them back due to poor fitment. By poor fitment I mean having to bend the windscreen to the point of breaking just to get the tabs to line up with the fairing. Once I managed to get it in the fairings there are large gaps showing. My stock Honda windscreen lines up perfectly, no gaps, no bending or pulling.

I've had Zero Gravity windscreens on other bikes without any fitment issues so I'm wondering is this a common problem for VFR's? At this point I'm thinking of just going with the OEM Honda one if nothing else can even come close to fitting properly.

Has your bike been wrecked? The support bars might be bent--I know mine are. My bike was previously down by a previous owner(s)...

I've had two ZG SR windshields on my bike (first one got cracked by a large rock) and a couple of other windshields and they all fit well. As suggested above, has your bike been wrecked? Seems odd that the stock one fits well and not the ZG.

My Zero Gravity double-bubble fit very poorly. I sent it back.

My PUIG windscreen was a PITA to get on. I thought I was going to crack it. Once on it fit good.

I have no issues with the MRA Vario. Goes on and comes off very easy.

Love my Vario, once I got the deflector dialed in I can't imagine going back to stock.. Be prepared to fiddle with it for several rides and different speeds until you get it sorted out what position works the best.

ZG DB fits ok, ZG ST is a bit loose but works. ZG is a thin wind screen, so it can vibrate and its not easy to get on right. Try loosing everything then tighten down a few times.

It has not been wrecked, or even been down before. As mentioned earlier, the stock windscreen fits perfect. I just can't understand why I am having so much trouble with the aftermarket windscreens...

They could be seconds windscreen oR REJECTS from the factory. All ready sent back by someone else or your bikes windscreen holder is off.

I have an 07 with a zg db screen. the screen is not a blem or second and I bought the bike new so (hopefully) its not been wrecked. as previously mentioned, the windscreen was a bitch to get on but once on, fits perfectly. I think it may be a matter of user skill - not a flame since I'm including my self in that statement. if you like the double bubble, I'd give it another try.
