So I started my LED install on my 2007 VFR 800 . Each fairing will hold 30 LED's then 3 under the tag and 3 under the headlight . So 66 LED's all together all red . Should look nice . But best of all Is they will be turned on and off by wireless remote . I'll have it 100% done tonight . I'll post pics

Continuing the seque from LEDs to N20 ... did you (kj4eoz) look at the group buy for the Rapidbike harness & subsequent fuel/ignition module? I would give some serious thought to being able to adj. your ignition curve if going to N20. I know that a low HP dry shot is supposed to be 'safe' just using the air temp. sensor, but I found this not to be the case for me using a 25HP jet on my VFR  ...

    Good luck,
    ACE

Cycle pro is going to be working with me on an N2o set up using the rapid bike to control the fueling and timing. Hopefully I'll have it done before November.

What is really cool with all those LEDs is to wire in one of those smoke generators that WalMart sells along with their Halloween stuff. There are larger units but those would have to be hauled around in a trailer.

Another cool thing would be some of those LED valve caps to match the others.

If I were going to do all that, the right outfit would be in order. I am thinking sort of an ATGATT/Elvis look might work.

Now just polish everything metal, extend the swingarm, 240 rear tire, stupid loud exhaust, and post up every Thursday at hooters and you'll be set. Thug life baby. It chooses you.

Looks cool alright. Obviously I am not one to speak bad of custom appearances. But some places you would be wise to make sure those add on's are legal. In British Columbia, they are not. They are unauthorized lights and good chance there may be a ticket coming your way. The law here can not differentiate between lights such as yours, and say, someone putting a blue and red light on the front.

My stuff however are graphics. They are not lights. They reflect other light. But remember, I am talking about BC here.

Nothin like a good blue job..

Nice quote.. A better version would be "To each their own". The original is Latin where the phrase is "To each his own". All this before the PC grammar Nazis invaded Rome and started fiddling with a dead language.

Basic shit in the romance languages is the masculine takes precedent in groupings.

The bummer part of this is that the phrase has been in the German language for centuries. Bigger bummer is that the real Nazis used it on a sign at the entrance to Buchenwald.

So do you do all that kind of stuff to your boat too?

Nope, just stereo in the boat. It's finish is sadly getting a bit faded, it looses more and more pigment out of the gel coat every year.:blue:

A few hundred LEDs on your boat and hardly anyone would notice that fading. I bet a guy could even get the LEDs hooked into the stereo to synch with the music or even the Oprah re-runs.
