Garbage, mine lasted less than a year, optics are chit, fit was ok, one day I notice a chunk of it missing on bottom near head light WTF? If it did'nt break on me, I may have still had it on the bike though. Cheap $15 and free shipping from Hong Kong. You get what you pay for btw.

yeah, found one SR Zero gravity screen left at denniskirk. paid with one of my kidneys for it. I was really looking for one of their double bubbles but no one has them in stock.

thanks all for the input. I generally try to avoid the cheapo overseas stuff anyway but didn't see too many options for winscreens.

I have 5th gen one for the cost of shipping. Actually, I'll split the shipping price to get it out of my garage.

thanks for the offer but I don't have a 5th gen vfr. although, if I do take you up on the offer, I'd have to get one so I don't waste the windscreen :smug:

Odd. I bought something similar for my race-bike. (Not a VFR.) It has done it's job and served me well.

I tried one, and it left me wobbly and me pecker droopy ! :witless: :high5:

Low or non-existent quality control, minimal engineering standards, inferior materials, no product testing, anything from China is never going on any bike of mine ! :frown: Even if i need to spend more.:dread:

mine took some massaging to get it to fit just right but it looks good after i got it in. Plus when I told them i had fitment issues they refunded 1/2 my money. 5703_463831647005597_820849775_n.jpg

Garbage pretty much, had one, would not go down that path again. Would opt for a used Ebay one and paint it, I know its lame but the chinese stuff is crap. Old addage, you get what you pay for is right on in this instance. I got one for $15 shipped from Hong Kong, lasted less than a year and cracked in two different places. F that

I had one of these MRA touring screens on my 4th gen a number of years ago and was very happy with it. They have them listed on the website at Twisted Throttle. Screen fit very well and was decently thick compared to some of the others.

    http://www.twistedthrottle.com/mra-touringscreen-windshield-for-honda-vfr750f-94-97

Met a guy the other day that bought a cheap Chinese screen for his CBR and after waiting for it for 4 weeks, it broke when he tried to put it on because none of the holes lined up properly. Run away, run away.........
