VFR CBR forks and swing arm awap

    Hello this is my first post on the vfr forum well i have been trolling the forums for quite some time getting ideas and good usable info ...

    Welcome aboard. You have taken what some say was the purest of the vfr's and given it modern brakes and suspension, should be good.

    Welcome aboard Viffer86, and thanks for the interesting post! I too have an '86 and it bothers me just to look at the wimpy 37 mil forks. What was Honda thinking?

    Looking forward to hearing more on this upgrade...

    yes i was a 700 however the all the parts i put on it came from a wrecked 750 which you can slighly see sitting next my subs in the garage it is just a engine frame and sub fram at this point siting on my garage floor ha i know tis sad but it is better than where i picked it up from it was just strape3d to a trailer in a back year since 98 motor isnt to bad it needs soem help thought

    almost done guys just have to hunt down a double banjo bolt for the front master then bleed the brakes then the wiring harness ..... oh god the wiring harness ....just need to buy a street fighter style headlight and to wire in the 2012 R1 tail light also i need a smaller battery cause the one i have in the bike now is too big i had to roll the pinch weld on the tank now with the custom battery box it dose not fit i need on like 1 to 2 inchs shorter and slightly skinnyr haha i will ride the bike the way it is then eventually get to the body work haha
