I got a scotts damper coming for a vfr 800.

    I would stick to street sport bike tires not sport touring tires-they are harder for sure. sticky sport tire do ride better, on the other hand if you add miles up fast-I would go for the best sport touring tire instead of a sport bike tire. For me I got the front tire free plus shipping in a promotion deal, buy the back tire get the front for free-I couldn't pass up that deal- I think the M5 metzler is one fine tire.:tyrannosaurus:

    Can anyone tell me the physical width of the Scott's damper, from edge to edge? Trying to see if it might fit in between my aftermarket bar clamp risers...

    the scotts all though expensive may save the whole bike from a lot of damage :saturn:and rider-it is worth it for me.

    solomotto had one for $459-thats really a lot of dough, but so is one fall. Or one plastic panel.:disturbed:
