99 VFR clean bike-engine seized-how much to buy for?

    hey guys I'm looking to get a 1999 VFR with a stuck engine.Clean title, clean bike otherwise-not been in a crash. How much do you think its worth?never had a VFR before, but own plenty of Honda's. A complete engine goes for 400$ on ebay, i was thinking of doing a swap.So how much do you think a bike like this is worth?

    I picked up a 2001 that needed a new engine for $600.

    it also needs new tires and possible chain and sprockets.

    I picked up engine on eBay for $ 250 because my spark plug threads in head got wallerrd out. I still have that engine if you are close to me you can pick it up for free... it would cost a little to do a heli coil though.
