    I actually dont mind the snappy attitude of the 6th gens. Once I learned to not care too much about reving to 5krpm then slipping the clutch to get the power I need, its been a dream to ride. Then vtech kicks in. The biggest bitch I have is that flat spot just before vtech, other than that I can live with the quirks.

    I agree the ABS is worth it, my 2003 ST4S had it, and it saved my butt more than once.
