Tie-down points on a 6th gen... Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    +++++++2 Canyondancer...thete great and when I had my biked towed a few weeks ago the flatbed driver said thats all he uses....said he tows a minimum of 6 bikes a day

    My buddy has canon dancers, but he now always borrows my soft ties, a figure-8 loop of fabric. Most of the time, they work well on the bars, and when it doesn't fit without rubbing the fairing, I go just above the the lower triple clamp.

    I still use my Canyon Dancers on three bikes. I now have both the new and old versions. I found with the old CDs a piece of sched 40 PVC pipe using the joiner fitting protects the grips very well ............never an issue with smashed grips etc. You can see how the CD can not ride up and rub the grip housing. I have been doing this fix for ten years! If I can find a better picture I will post up again.
