Akumu, FINALLY someone that knows how to show exactly how its done. Good run with both, redline and all. Thanks bub.

Hey Lint, ya thats pretty much where I have bought everything for my ride, there a bunch of great guys and the owner stands behind all there work. Now they bought out that whole building so expanded the garage back to where the car repair used to be. Danny is the man there. The only thing they couldn't beat was tire prices on my Michelin PR3 & 4. CT Tires in Northridge at Saticoy and Reseda. Owners Chris

apagan, I went through a similar process back in Nov when I decided to upgrade my 06 from stock. I spent hours just listening to YouTube videos of the 2Bros vs Leo's. I ended up going with the Leo's and I'm very happy with them, especially with baffle out. I love the 2 Bros sound, but I suspect that on long trips the raspiness would get to me. I may put the baffles in for long trips, or at least bring them with me just in case.

I ended up ordering what I'm pretty sure was the very last Leo that Revzilla had in stock. I would have jumped for the carbon fiber, but those were already all gone, so I settled for aluminum. I think I paid $540 for them.

In terms of the 2 Bros dummy pipe, I wasn't too concerned about the 'dummy' pipe since the VFR is a 4-1-2 system anyway, and from my research, even with the stock pipes most of the exhaust flows out the right pipe anyway (shorter path, less resistance - someone keep me honest if what I read is wrong or I'm on crack. I am from Toronto, after all :glee:). My advice is, if you're really interest in the 2 Bros, don't let the 'dummy' pipe throw you off.

All the recordings I've found online are of pretty poor quality, you have to calibrate to compensate and get a sense of what the pipes might sound like in real life. I'll try to find time to point a proper condensor mic at my VFR and upload a video if you're interested.

Don't give up hope, I just scored a set of staintunes that are like new for $400! You just have to be patient and look everywhere.

I have the flat black Remus pipes on my 2007; perfect fit and fantastic sound at 10,000 rpm (even with the baffles in).
