I have not seen those exact luggage available, but they appear to be harley hard bags. Another alternative, use these. Make the frame fit your bike, and bags clip on and lock. The link works with a little massaging. What the Russian guy is looking for are the panniers that the Japanese MC cops have on their VFR police bikes.
