anyone bought from partzilla?

I used to run a really big website that sold Nissan and Infiniti parts for 7 years and I constantly kept the customers inform of their orders, eta and always gave them options on shipping what I have in stock and never charged them for freight twice. We also refunded customers shipping if we saw they had 2 pending orders to the same person and same shipping needs combined. Apoearantly they don't run that way.
