New owner of a 92' VFR750 in black. Always wanted a third gen VFR and now I have one. The left mirror has some blemishes around the edges which detract from the otherwise overall mint condition of this bike. I want to replace it, or replace both with EMGO 2000 VFR version mirrors.

Does part of the dash panel have to be removed to get the mirrors off and replaced? I haven't pulled the "condom" off to see if it can be done from the outside of the fairing.

    Thanks in advance.

No you don't need to remove any part of the dash panel. Just pull the rubber sleeve away from the base and remove the two bolts
