I've had my Sargent for 3500 miles now and the only thing that's ever been on it was a tailbag, so I guess I'm no help...

I haven't had anyone on this bike as a passenger as my wife won't ride, but in squeezing the seat and pushing to get the damn thing on it feels as plush as the pilot portion. Overall the saddle construction seems excellent and is a bit softer than Corbin, it doesn't feel like a plank even out of the box.

The only downside I see is I don't think they offer a backrest option as corbin I believe probably does. Good luck there's nothing better than a happy woman on the back!!!

I got the wife to go for a ride on the VFR a couple weeks ago - she hated it overall, but said the Sargent was ok. I can't imagine it's not better than the stocker... one thing I've had a little trouble with is getting the rear cowl to go down right - its hitting the right side edge where the pins go in and pushing up, making too big a gap.

Before I bought my Interceptor my buddy broght his 04 with a sargent seat on it over so we (my wife and I) could take it for a ride. She loved the seat and was very comfortable. That was the deciding factor for me getting the VFR.
