HHmm, new to bikes not really, new to riding not really, new to VFRWorld yep !! Many bikes but first VFR - funny,,, well for the past 14 years now, and 60,000km great bike and only keeps getting better... Was looking for some resources and found them,, decided to join the group - lots of great info - thanks to all that have participated... Now time to service again this year - looking at getting back to riding - I've been a "Candy A**" as my riding buddies put it for the past 4-5years.... hopefully 20,000km year in 2014 (not a commuter). Ride safe all, who knows may meet a few of you up here in the PNW of N.America. Cheers brbo
Another Maple Mutt. PNW of North America and flying the Canadian flag. You must be a neighbor to those in Washington but a neighbour to me. Cardinal rule of first post here is that you MUST post a photo of your ride when you come into this life. So get with it. CSIS is watching. Where abouts are you? Might be we are close enough for a gut bomb and a wobbly pop sometime.
I posted a few pics already... I'm just up the road in Abby... Maintenance month but March hopefully rolling if the weather looks clear... I have a riding buddy in the Wack on a 2nd gen too...
You bastards! No one tells me anything here. I am insured and ready to ride just about ay time. Sending you a PM.
Hi and welcome to the MadHouse:welcome: I like the green in your gallery photo - almost British Racing Green:thumbsup:. It seems we are getting a steady influx of Canadian VFR owners, so you may find quite a lot of people on here are hoping Spring will be along soon so they can get out on their VFR again:vtr2:. Have a scroll down the homepage to see some of the sub-forums. In Specifications you can find links to online manuals and a section for each VFR gen. It might be worth updating your forum profile "my profile" tab at the top of the page to include the year/specs of your VFR and a rough location city/state is fine - that way if you need help with something the information will appear with all your posts and you may find someone nearby willing to swing by and offer help/advice in exchange for some beer tokens. Take care SkiMad
