Ya I'm anxious to see it in person. I know there are many that aren't happy with Honda's bikes as of late & aren't crazy about this version but I have seen the same feelings on many bike specific forums. The new model is often frowned upon but accepted in time. People tore the 13 600 rr up initially but they came around. I know a lot of it is anger towards the path honda has been taking. I do feel it myself but I love Hondas & my 13 CBR was a great purchase.

I AM SO HAPPY! Wasn't looking forward to a dearth of good choices whenever my 5th-gen croaks; I was 100% sure Honda wasn't going to bring the 2014 model over here. and was bracing myself for a switch to Kawasaki and the Ninja 1000. I'm almost positive I'll have one of these in a couple of years, TC, ABS, adjustable suspension, and factory bags on a VFR are too good to pass up.

HRCfan1, I definitely feel you on Honda's recent lineup. The CBR1000RR is totally outclassed by BMW for a few hundred more, and the '13 600RR seems like water-treading wrapped in massaged bodywork. I would have liked to see a little more power out of the '14 Interceptor, but seeing as they improved almost everything around the engine, I think I can stomach it.
