Uncle Sam was good to me this year and I'm looking for a newer bike. I love my 86 vf500f but I want to get something I'm not afraid to put a lot of miles on because lack of parts avalibility. I like the look of the 5th gen I got between 3 and 3500 to spend. What should I expect for miles on a bike in this price range? Any year better than the other ? And any sorts of problems I should look for? Haven't seen to many vfrs around hear in ne Wisconsin.
