After being on my 1985 V65 Sabre since new, I've finally decided to take a chance on something else. I love a V4 and wanted to stay with shaft drive if possible, so, here I am. I'm in Baltimore County and take off for the Dutch Country roads of Pa. every chance I get.
Welcome to the forum, but no one believes that you even own a motorcycle let alone a VFR 1200 until you post a picture of it:smile-new: John
TeeHee - Gosh they can be cruel. So let's start by extending an official Welcome to the MadHouse from the far side of the pond :welcome:. As you can see the folks on here will be ragging you until you add at least one picture of your VFR - so click the "quick reply" then click on the icon two to the right of the envelope and follow the prompts to upload a photo from your computer... When you get the time its a good idea to update your forum profile (the "my Profile" Tab at the very top of the page) to include your bike specs and a rough location city/state so if you hit problems or need advice the information will appear with all your posts on the forum and you may even find people are willing to swing by and help in exchange for some beer tokens. Meantime post up some photos real soon... SkiMad
Updated my profile, forgot to do it when I signed up. Unfortunately, this is all being done on a comp at work, so there are no pictures forthcoming. The VFR is in transit anyway but I have plenty of pics of my Sabre on my phone. The Superhawk has been in my brothers garage so long, it's really more his than mine. I'm very nervous about purchasing the VFR as there seems to be some negativity towards it, but I guess I'll find out soon enough.
