VF500 Tank repaint and Honda wing decal size

Decal update: I think I finally got a nice set of "wing" decals!

It is 135 mm x 95 mm and everything looks like the original, as far as my weak memory helps me to recall.
I have not yet clear coated it but I take the word of the manufacturer that clear coating it shouldn't be any problem.
There is no comparison with the ebay decal, the new one is miles ahead.

 

Where did you end up buying your decals from?...I'm repainting my '86 tank and need the yellow wing set...great post by everyone btw...thx, ron.

It's a UK based company. Unfortunately I have not yet managed to restore my bike :blue: so I do not have an opinion of their life expectancy.
