are forks bent or an alignment issue? help!

Quite a while after I wrote the post, I realised that I hadn't torqued up the axle bolt and the axle pinch bolts (got distracted then thought I'd finished). It's a good thing I wasn't going to use the bike today... Needless to say, it's more rigid now...
