I have no power going to all injectors. Fuel is making there, just no power. I find it highly unlikely all 4 went bad. Could it be something simple like the lean sensor? Anyone tackled this problem before or have any idea where to start troubleshooting? I don't have the manual, so I am unfamiliar with the injector wiring diagram.

lean, side stand, neutral, clutch, kill switch
    double check all those sensors
    is the fuel pump priming?

Fuel pump is priming. I just replaced it. Should all those sensors have 12 volts or how do you verify they are good?

Check your injector loom to main loom connector and the kill switch circuit plug in the same spot.

Ok, so here's the latest. Somehow I did manage to burn up the new fuel pump, but before that, fuel was under pressure to the fuel rails. There is spark since I poured a little fuel in each cylinder and it fired right up. There is 12v going to the injectors (verified with meter) and the injectors look clean.
Could the injectors possibly be clogged on the inside? Since I have it all tore apart, I'm going to replace them anyway. Also, as I was fishing around, checking connections and metering, I may have somehow moved a sensor back into the right position. I'm really scratching my head at this one.

At this point I would say the next steps are to verify the signal to each injector by using a test light on each injector wiring plug - they're commonly called "noid" lights and can be obtained cheaply at any auto parts store. Plug it in to each of the four connectors at each injector and crank the engine. The light will flash if the injector is receiving a signal from the ECU to pulse.

If that's good, then verify (if not done already) that you have a good fuel pressure regulator. A gauge will be a big help in that. If you pull the vacuum hose from the FPR and there's fuel in the hose, the diaphragm inside is stuffed and you'll need a new FPR.

If you've determined that you have positive fuel flow to the injectors and a good signal from the ECU to each, and therefore presume that the injectors are plugged (there's no way to tell by looking) then personally I would have them cleaned rather than replacing them. They can clog if the bike has been sitting for an extended period, although I've never heard of 4 injectors all becoming completely inoperable - usually they have lousy spray patterns and don't flow well, but will flow enough to idle the engine. Cleaning on a bench costs about $25 per plus shipping. No amount of soaking, Seafoam or other additives, or spraying carb cleaner through them will do as good a job as a professional cleaning. Google RC Engineering in L.A. - I've sent several sets there with good success and fast turnaround time. There is another service on the East Coast - I don't recall the name - a search will turn it up. Best of luck.

Thanks for the input guys. I did have the injectors cleaned and tested and they are just about perfect. Each injector plug shows 12 volts however, when I use the noid light, the light does not flash for any injector. The kit I am using is a 12v from auto zone but they are designed for cars. I found on that fit my plugs, but it should still work right?
If all things are pointing to the ECM, can that be tested off the bike?

Check the orange ground plug back by the battery for a burned connection. I'll try to find a pic
