How difficult is it to replace plastic "T" in between carbs? Leaking going into #2 carb. 86 vfr700f

You must completely separate the carbs. Remove the horizontal throttle plate springs and the small adjustment screw/plate springs before separating the carbs.

After reassembly, the carbs will probably need syncing.

Does the entire "T" need to be replaced - or is it leaking from the fuel tube/carb connection? If it's just the connection, go to Harbor Freight and get the almost 400 piece nitrile metric o-ring kit (blue box) for $10. I'm sure there's enough in there to replace the leaking o-rings.

If it were me, I'd replace all the fuel tube o-rings and the engine head coolant tube o-rings before they start leaking.

Heck, since the carbs are off, you might as well do a valve adjust too.

(and I wonder why it takes me 4 hours to replace a throttle cable :)
