The Great White North, eh

Hi!

I've been lurking here for a while as I was shopping around (there seem to be a ton of old interceptors for sale in Ottawa at the moment....) and figured tonight was a good time to register because I BOUGHT ONE. An 85 500 to be exact. Head on over to the first gen forum if you wanna hear all the gory details.

I've pretty much already fallen in love with the bike, so that's good. I'll leave you with a terrible photo (In Canada, late November means that it's dark and snowy all of the time)

 

Welcome. Do you live near Steve? Give him a swift kick in the balls for me. White, by far is the fastest colour. Dark everywhere in Canada, yes. But those late daylight hours of the summer are great! Nothing like almost daylight at 10PM. Snowy everywhere. NOT! I live in the land of 12 month riding if you have the gear to stay dry.

 

Congrats Outis, welcome to the World. Nice to see Ottawa pop up now and then. There's a couple of us living in the area. All the best, careful not to loose her in all the snow we've just had.

Well, unfortunately, last time Steve came by he ate all my round bacon. I gave him a swift skidoo boot upside the arse and sent him on his way. He doesn't come round any more.

So... no bacon pics, but I do have some more bike porn!
