For those who are thinking about the double bubble windshield, don't hesitate to buy it. I just swapped out my regular zero gravity for a ZG DB. This was a replacement because the bike fell against another bike during a trip to Laconia. Next time "I" will strap up the bike myself!!!! Anyway with the regular windshield my helmet felt like the tazmainian devil in motion(Ofcourse this for all you folks that even remember the Bugs Bunny Road Runner show Saturday mornings). For almost two riding seasons, I suffered from headaches and just a general "get me off this thing feeling". This year....papa got a brand new bag! A sargent seat, and a DB windshield later, I'm stylin'......

I ordered one today. I also think on a 4th gen they look much better than that flat stock one. The double bubble made a huge difference on my Triumph also.

Can't agree more. The turbulence off the stock windscreen was driving me nuts after I got it. The DB cleaned it right up. I was concerned that I'd need a touring screen since I'm 6'3".

I bid on one on ebay and lost the auction then they emailed me a second chance offer of my last bid which was $50 so that's what I paid for it. I figured that was a pretty good deal. It was from zgoutlet which is factory direct and they only charged me $11 shipping here in the states (of course I live just up the highway 1.5 hours but that was the flat rate they charge everyone).

    harricanfloyd,

What about those pipes? I have been wondering about doing that on my bike. What aftermarket can did you go with? I assume you just had a pipe shop do the mid pipe to match up. Did you have to give up the back seat, though? it looks like it from the pic. I have the 2 piece Sargent also. It looks like you had to modify the inside fender to fit the pipe.

Yeah....gave up the passenger.....Wifey never had the desire to ride on the back....and never will......... yes, I had the pipe custom bent, I still have to get it coated(jethot). The muffler is a shortened two bros. Not as loud as I thought it would be....but it's still cool....I passed by a bunch of gixxers cbr's and the like and every one of dem young bucks was lookin at the old man on his viffer LOL......I bought a extra abs fender and kept the original. The bike could go back to stock in an hour....
