83 VF750 Interceptor Seat Cowl

    Noob here. Came with the bike but not installed and the PO has no idea. Does anyone know how this thing goes on? I understand these things are pretty rare.

    Pretty rare..but not as rare as the mounting hardware.

    Honda U.S. shows no info on the mounting hardware as the set was sold as an accessory, did not come with the bike without ordering it. This may be the first really unobtainium that I have come across. I found a NOS cover for my 1000f but can not find hardware. Modified(cut) the rear grab handles, fabbed some reinforcements to hold seat lock in place. Still trying to figure how to keep rear secured down without any permanent body damage.

    Thanks for al the help fellas.

    There's a set of hand rails on flea-bay. Cutting them and figuring it out from there will most like be the direction I will go in.
