My current schedule has me finishing out the year having spent over 300 days on the road. Considering it started out as a design idea and some notes jotted in a notebook, a main frame, engine bottom end, and a blown out shock and set of forks in August of 2012, I can live with the progress. Dealing with over 50 companies on 3 different continents can take a little time. The rims alone were a special order from Marchesini and took over 6 months to receive from Italy.....no excuses, just takes time.

No wonder it took so long for that wheel to get here, probably the first one ever ordered for a Boss Hoss.

Those Italian dudes probably didn't realize how important our Princess really is, adding to the delay.

Can't tell from that list if it's a bike or a Mars Lander or another Large Hadron Collider.

For those who are into Hadron Colliders, another great subject and a stimulating read is the treatise on Fictive Locomotion in the thoracic ganglion of the crayfish.

    NCB:

Have you looked at the Zeeltronic CDI over the Vortex?

Didnt know if they offered something for the 4T crowd but help yield the same results we have found on our end.

How much does that oil cooler increase capacity? Looks like a mod I need. Aboot passed oot when I first read how little oil is in it stock.

The oil cooler increases the crank side oil capacity 50% +/-. Chris Parker is also one of the nicest guys you'll meet within the industry. I cannot say enough good things about Chris and his company, CPR Fabrication. He isn't doing a whole bunch of these due to the cost (approx. $1200 with the bulletproof right side rad). If you call him direct, I'm sure he would help ya out.

Hey NCB, thanks for the comment. Things are blessed, albeit a tad off at the moment, but blessed none-the-less.

The two-stroke nuts I have been running with have been doing crazy research on what our next step should be in bike work. On our end our problem is two fold. One the 2T tuners are retired or dead and, as you know, when you make a 2T more poewerful they get peaky and unreliable. My friend John ownes and rides a 97 Aprilia RSR125 GP bike. It weighs 155 lbs an sits at 42HP at the rear wheel. Per Jan Thiel and others whose names I cannot pronounce the next break through for 2T's was electronics.

Long and the short my riding has been pretty limited lately, but almost bought a Zeeltronic from a guy in the Netherlands who pulled it off his TZ125. Everyone who has one swears by them. The ability to keep a bike stock (basically ;-) but get rather large gains in HP is pretty impressive.

John should see 50HP at the wheel on his Aprilia and I should see the low 40's with the TZ.

Nice project you got going so keep posting pics!!!

    God Bless,

    Dan
