As a family we tend to name our cars. My wife calls her SUV "Millie" and I used to call my car "the vibrator", for reasons that shall not be discussed. I've had a number of Audis that were all called, "That fuk%$# Thing" and I had a dog named Smokey.

I've thought about giving my latest Viffer a name especially since she has come back from the dead but somehow "The Phoenix", while appropriate, just seemed too cliche. I'm still deciding.

Have you ever noticed that a bumblebee flies so much slower than most flying bugs?

Phoenix is pretty cool, since the bike came back from the dead, you can call it beetlejuice? What do you think?

Mine was "The Lady in Red." Only girl that swayed my attention away from my wife.

That's funny as shiite!! Can I interest you in a slightly used fuel cutoff relay??

It's been my personal headache all week, and I finally traced the problem to this little gem.
At least it went south (for no particular reason) AFTER the 300 mile ride, and didn't strand me anywhere.

Valentino. Means Strong, and he is that indeed. Also reminds me of Rossi's 00/01 RC51.

Only when it's not running and I can't figure out why. And none of them are repeatable here.

Didn't know if was a response to my bike names, but my GF was always saying "You're with that whore again, aren´t you?" or "you've been busy riding the whore all day, wasn't it?"

Mule, suits more the Vfr, Not so slutty looking lol

If mine was BLACK I'd call it Matrix we've dodged some weird shit whilst riding, but mostly I call it Matchless cause nothing comes close, also my old man had a Matchless when he was younger (kinda means something to me)

If coming back from the dead qualifies a bike to be called Phoenix, then both my VF1000R's should be called zombie.
My CBR1100xx is called "the scooter" because i got sick of guys starting to crap on about how they did 400km hour on a blackbird/zx14/selfabusa/fireblade when I said what bike I had. Now I say I have a honda scooter. If they ask for detail I say it's black. End of boring hero stories.
