Thank you to all who responded. As you can see, vfrd has recently outsourced all tech support activities to vfrworld. :drum:

I thought somebody on here said that site was for gay VFR riders. So when you dudes that swing both ways post there do you change handles?

Ya know, I betcha it was those stuffed shirts who hacked you! Those dirty bastards... lol

The only time you ever went to the cool table is when you were cleaning up their dirty dishes.

You should try saying that on VFRD.

Can't hurt to have all the VFR resources available, I'm also on the UK VFR site but they're very clicky and not as much fun since their meltdown a few years ago when many of their members got banned so don't socialise much over there. Does that make me tri curious, then there's the Oz VFR site, is there such a thing as quad ?

Regardless...Long Live the VFR and all that adore/ride them. We all have one common interest here, it is good to have a place to come and learn, give each other a hard time and such. :kiwi-fruit:

    AND then you have Billy...

    Live long and prosper all.

Wow ghost, you actually side with that guy. Joining more than one forum on the same subject opens up more options and opinions. Both sites have there up's and down's. Like there members actually make custom stuff for the vfr's like super-chargers and clear clutch cover mods.

Here we just worry about the grammer. As in, "your vs you're" where you're is the contraction form of you are so funny as opposed to belonging to someone going by the name of funny. And then there is "their vs there (and even they're)" as in their members belonging to a certain group or members in a specific location over there where the proper usage would likely be, "over there, members make cool shit"

Toe Cutter is probably the worst violater of the your vs you're rule, but since he makes cool shit like the SSSA mod to 2nd gen VFR and re-engineers VFR800 super chargers, he gets the free pass. I suppose he belongs over there as one of their members too.

All in good fun, I've posted there too

I'm a member at both sites and once upon a time, one of our Mods here(long gone now) was a member and participant in some of our meets at Deals Gap :cower:.
I don't really get the bashing of VFRD. There sure isn't a lot of VFRW bashing going on over there. I go every May to the memorial ride for a fallen member there and you couldn't ask for a better group of folks, heck we even bought the owner a new 1200 after he wrecked his 5th gen. How many forums can boast that. Flame away at me if you wish, but I prefer to reap the benefits of both forums and not be nasty about one or the other. I really don't see the point.

Nawww...I take no sides. I am only giving you a hard time, as this is VFRW, and it is mandatory to have a little harmless banter between the two sites. VFRD offers a lot of useful info and writeups. We just give them a little harder time as they are VERY strict on certain things...even username handles. I hope you enjoy it....but you still get a full moon for joining. :moon:

So you call it VFRD bashing if someone is strictly speaking of their personal experience? I encourage havoc and others to check it out, but we have a right to voice our opinion of our own experience over there (not talking about BB).

BTW, the thing that bothers me most is that there are no swaying boobies in your avatar.

Being more of a geek foole..... VFRD seems to have more tech types and a good group of bike builders and modders. The Torocharger came from there and check out the 4th gen street fighter job below. VFRW less so. -- Tink come to mind here, cant think of others. (apologies)
Each side has their pluses, as mentioned before, its like two different types of beer. I'm gonna drink both.

The guy who who built this bike goes by the screen name "Apexandy" on VFRD. I consider myself lucky to be a person who has actually met Apex and he is a fantastic person and very humble. He is always amazed when someone says how cool they think his bike is. If you think Apex's bike looks good in pictures, you should see, hear and feel the bike. It is truly incredible.

I was almost to the point of agreement until neptech made the the fatal error in thinking he was interesting.
