Has anybody ever tried fitting V tec panniers to a 4th gen? There is a set on our local Gumtree, which are not cheap but if it's easy to modify the mountings they might be worth it. Thanks.

It can be done, it all boils down to the mounting brackets. Dutchy over at VFRD did his with some home made mounting brackets. You'll need some or someone, with welding skills.

Thanks guys. I've got access to the family fabrication workshop so that isn't an issue, will check out what they did on VFRD.
