    So i just got my bike running got a few questions for you pros out there! So bike was running for about five minutes and the exhaust pipe coming from the front clutch side started glowing red hot, what this about? Also bike is a California version with all the emissions stuff. So with the 48 state airbox there is no vacuum port(i have both boxes) with vac line open it idles normal with it hooked up correctly it idles at 4k. Any advice greatly appreciated

    Thanks for the words of wisdom. Iam fixing the bike myself as i can afford parts. Today i replaced a broken fuel rail. Still needs quite a bit of work but im trying

    What about it blowing fire balls out the back when i let off the throttle after a heavy rev?

    Sweet so cleaning my carbs will solve both issues? Ive pulled the carbs byt am waiting on the fsm(had to be order from local honda shop). I also can get the fuel pump working ive replaced it but cant seem to find the relay for it to check there if it been removed will it beed to b replaced?

    Just use a bypass wire to eliminate the unreliable pump relay entirely; you'll find it in the FSM.
